On behalf of Salem Lutheran Children Center, I wanted to express my sincere thanks at the prompt service and great care you showed us on September 12 during our yellow jacket invasion.  We have some 200 children at our Center, and most of them access the building right at the epicenter of the problem.  That you prioritized us on the day of the initial call was so appreciated.  But having Bernie come to the Center the next day, personally move our trash cans, and provide advice on ways to manage the crisis was a level of service that I would never have imagined or anticipated.
