She told Metro.co.uk: ‘There were two dead rats today – one was dragged off by two live ones who were eating it. ‘I called the store but the manager was on holiday, they were fairly useless. It is always bad but today was horrendous.
‘I threw my lunch away and went home.’
It is an absolute disgrace that @McDonaldsUK don’t have a customer services telephone number & don’t reply to emails when they have dead rats at their restaurants being eaten by live rats & the traps are overflowing! — Hera
